Unik offers you vacation apartments for short and long term stays. Our team is always attentive to ensure a comfortable stay and a pleasant experience.

No matter your purpose, we provide you with a personalized experience whether you are coming on vacation, for work, for an event or convention.

OUR APARTMENTS

The apartments are located near the walled city, in the area of El laguito, in the Poseidon del Caribe and Faro Tequendama buildings. We have the capacity to accommodate approximately 405 people, we have an availability of 57 units, whose areas range between 75mts2 and 150mts2, in addition to the two Pent-house that have 150 and 230 mts2.

From our apartments you can appreciate a beautiful view of the open sea, the Laguito, the Walled City and the beaches of the Castillogrande and Bocagrande neighborhoods. We are a three (3) minute walk from the beach and only ten (10) minutes by cab from the Walled City, the Julio Cesar Turbay Convention Center and the vibrant area of Getsemaní.

All units have at least two full bathrooms, living-dining room and open kitchen, equipped with all the basic elements so that guests can cook, if they wish.

The apartments in the Poseidon del Caribe building have an ocean view and a large balcony with chairs and tables. The building has a swimming pool, gym, rest area and is only 30 meters from the beach.

The Faro Tequendama building is located in front of the beach and guests have private access to the beach and swimming pool with ocean view.

Both buildings offer internet, cable TV, air conditioning in the rooms, complete linen and towels for each guest. Additionally, the buildings have 24-hour reception and security with CCTV system and parking area.
