Our FOUR BEDROOM PENT-HOUSE WITH JACUZZI has 230mt2, four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two spacious balconies, two living rooms and a jacuzzi with a dream terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view, breeze and a beautiful sunset, living-dining room and open kitchen, equipped with all the basics so you can prepare a delicious menu, if you wish.
The first bedroom has a majestic KING bed and a sofa bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed, the third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has a comfortable semi-double bed.
Additionally, the apartment has two living rooms, in the main room is the dining room and TV area and the second room has two sofas that can be converted into a bed at the request of the guests. It also has fiber optic Internet, cable TV in the bedrooms and living room, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living rooms, complete linen, towels for each guest, water heater and jacuzzi. The pent-house has a maximum capacity of 12 people, this is so that everyone has a space where they can rest as they deserve!

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm. But if you arrive earlier, don't worry; the Poseidon del Caribe building has a luggage storage service for $5.000 so you can take a tour of the area while your check-in time arrives, which will be informed as soon as it is available.
Check-Out time is 11:00am.
Late Check-Out: This service is subject to availability and should be consulted with our reservations staff the day of your departure. The times and additional charges for Late Check-Out are as follows:
From 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. $50.000 per apartment. This value does not include other services not specified.
From 11:00 am - 7:00 pm. $100.000 per apartment. This value does not include other services not specified.
After 7:00 pm, the total value of the night will be charged.
Cleaning service is not included in the rate, nor is linen change. We only give a courtesy change of linen every 6 days and another one for general cleaning every 12 days.

We are PetFriendly so we allow you to bring your pet for a moderate additional cost.

If it is in the Faro Tequendama building, swimming pool, garden, sunbeds, direct access to the Hollywood beach.

Faro Tequendama is located in front of the beach, with direct access from the social area.
Poseidón del Caribe is located 50 meters from the beach just across the street.
Each reservation includes a free parking space, if you want an additional one it has a cost of 50 thousand pesos per night.

Children under 4 years old have no additional cost.
Cribs and highchairs are available for children under 4 years old. These must be requested prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
Remember to always bring identification documents and/or parents' travel permit to bring children into the lodge.
Only 2 children under 4 years old are accepted free of charge per apartment. If there are more children in the same age range, they will count as an additional person and their admission will be subject to the maximum capacity of the apartment.
The apartment has 1 towel per guest. If the child needs a towel, it will have a cost.
