CANCELLATION POLICIES
Coper Construcciones – Unik Cartagena has a Flexible Cancellation and Refund Policy according to the following conditions:
Cancellation Conditions
For low season
- Cancellations made before 48h of the check-in time (3:00pm) of the day of arrival are refundable in full.
- Cancellations made 72 hours before check-in time (3:00pm) of the day of arrival must pay a cleaning fee of $70.000 COP.
- Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in time (3:00pm) of the day of arrival will be charged the full amount of the first night of the reservation.
For High Season and Easter
- Cancellations made 1 week prior to the check-in time (3:00 pm) of the day of arrival are refundable in full.
- Cancellations made 72 hours prior to check-in time (3:00 pm) of the day of arrival will be charged in full for the first night of the reservation.
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to check-in time (3:00 pm) of the day of arrival or no-show will be charged in full.
